EL CELLER DE CLER
Placed on a 2nd-floor balcony of a spanish colonial house, decorated with old city paintings and antique furniture. El Celler de Cler is a fine restaurant, where you can enjoy a variety of dishes as pasta and grills the traditional peruvian dishes (try the ceviche tibio de lomo or la causa de tres sabores, both highly recommended) or an exotic drink. The low and relaxing music makes it perfect for a talk or reading a book, avoiding all the noise of the city.
El Celler de Cler is located in the ciry's downtown, which makes it very easy to get, regardless if you are staying in a hotel nearby or in the suburbs, you just need to make your way into the Plaza de Armas and you are less than a block away from the restaurant.
